Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
